Archive

The festival euro-scene Leipzig was founded by Matthias Renner in 1991 and takes place each November. It brings experimental theatre and innovative dance throughout Europe to Leipzig and belongs to the cultural highlights of the city. The euro-scene Leipzig belongs to the most-important festivals of its kind in Europe and was directed by Ann-Elisabeth Wolff as festival director from 1993 to 2020.

This archive contains all 30 festival years from 1991 to 2020 with all guest performances, the fringe program and the competition »Best German dance solo« in the conception by the famous choreographer Alain Platel.
