Entitled to reductions are pupils, students, apprentices, conscripts and conscientious objector performing community service, recipients of Hartz IV benefits and holders of the Leipzig and family pass.

Written orders will be processed based on the in-box date. They should be sent to: euro-scene Leipzig, Gottschedstraße 16, 04109 Leipzig. Each written order received by 23.10.2009 will be replied to as to whether it can be realised or not.
Confirmed tickets should be picked up from the advance booking office at the Telegraph or will be sent optional when paid by credit card (Eurocard, Master Card, VISA Card).
Opening of box offices: opens in all venues 1 hour before beginning of performance. Here contingent remaining tickets will be sold. Interested parties are, therefore, recommended without obligation to come to the box office, even if the performance is sold out.
The cashbox at Leipziger Stadtbad opens 30 minutes before beginning and stays open during the hole periode of «.h.g.«. After the beginning of the performance no entry; tickets loose their validity.
