21st century people and their bodies seem to hold no more secrets. Nobody believes in such a thing as authenticity any more. Everything seems to be transparent and therefore controllable … if there were not those emotional depths and chasms in those people who close themselves off, face life head on, stand up against the crowd.
The event centres on several current dance films and video excerpts from different productions, which choreographically express physical unrest and simmering lust behind the controlled and only supposedly calm surface in many different ways.
